Customers being a key factor in an e-commerce business, quality customer’s service is a fundamental strategy. Growth of the business should also translate to the increase in customer service strategy. Constant provision of excellent customer services should be ensured by studying the real experience of the customer. Customer retention should be maintained by the business.
